Get Involved!

Regular membership fee: $5 per year.
Membership with plot rental: $25 per year.
Plots are approximately 75 sq ft.
Only members can be placed on the waiting list for a plot!

You will be responsible for your plot from March 1 to Feb 28 of the following year. If you have a plot you must pay your fees by March 31 or your plot will go to someone on the waiting list. All members must have begun using their plots by April 30 - turning the soil, planting, weeding, etc. members who have not done so will have forfeited their privileges and the plot will go to a person on the waiting list.

Cherish these much desired garden plots, get to know your neighbours, and enjoy the many benefits of local self-reliance! If you do not think you will be able to fully carry out your duties as a garden plot holder think of sharing a plot.

• Frequent updates regarding food security, gardening, announcements etc.
• On-site workshops on food security and urban agriculture
• Access to supplies/tools on MOBY property
• Voting privileges during AGM to elect board members
• An opportunity for human interaction with your neighbors
• A chance to make a difference in your community
